Delete only a chest #34

Hello! I installed the plugin yesterday and I found a feature that I think it's missing. I can buy X number of chests/furnaces/whatever... but if I want to delete one of them, I can't. I think that will be a good idea to add in the config some option to give part of the money when deleting a chest or to don't give any money.
