Dear Thomas, I've run into a problem in testing contours (made with 3D Slicer) which reaches borders of an image in XY direction.

I do not think there is a straight forward fix for this, so I post this more as a "known bug", if someone runs into problems.

Example Dicom: faildicom

Converts into: currentmethodfail

This is now resolved in the new version thanks to PR #37. Closing.
