New Tips / Tipping Details

• [ ] When clicked on "Tip now", can choose every Race in the future (if qualifying for this race hasn't happened yet)
• [ ] If Race is in the future and already tipped, can be edited
• [ ] when on tipping page clicked on tip of other person, can see a tipping detail page
• [ ] other person: can choose races that already happened to see his tips (but not the next race)
