Define how PowerPoint slides will be made available to students. #59

Currently, slides are either made available through OneNote or through LearningView. Now, we need a way to publish them through the website. Most likely, this will be done through #13, possibly with a "slides-specific" wrapper for presentation.

As a workaround, a temporary solution would be to add a OneDrive share link on every class' home page, pointing to a folder that contains all slides.
