[Bug]: Savegame Dissapeares #369

Describe the bug

It happened several times that the savegame disappeared, and after that, you had to start a new game. However, if you do, you can save, but the save won't show up in the save games. I encountered this error a few times before, but last time I just updated ACE on my server, and then the save was gone. Can someone tell me why this happens and how I can prevent it or recover the saves?

How to reproduce

It probably happened in every playthrough since the Antistasi 2.0 update. However, I wouldn’t guess that it's because of the update, as on some playthroughs, I could update without any problems.

Is this option available in the setup menu of a new savegame? I found out that if you delete the Antistasi file from the server's User folder, you can start a new savegame, and it saves properly again. However, I'm not sure how this file got corrupted. It would be helpful to understand how to prevent this in the future.
