Startup crash #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should download the data from website, etc, doesn't. Instead it says, "The 
program has crashed. A stack trace can be found in the debug.txt file"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

your system security guideline seems to deny this tool the internet access 
according to

Hi , I think I have the same problem ,everything worked well , then i tried to 
"Load Item" , it crashed , since then , at start :"The program has crashed. A 
stack trace can be found in the debug.txt file"

I ve tried to delete and unzip the tool again , but still the same error.
