tvguide.com.ini duplicate #501

There is a tvguide.com.ini in both the network folder and international folder.

Please can you remove the one from the international folder as for new users using the siteini pack they will get an error due to the duplicate.

Thanks, removed the one in networks as it is really not a "network", but more international.
