What Should Be Added or Changed?

Add in config option to disable blight mob spawn in spawners
Or option to disable give you heart container if is a fake player (spikes (extra utilities 2))

Why Should This Be Done?

This add more difficult to get more healt

I'm not doing any dev work for 1.12, although I will most likely (when I have time) add this for 1.14.

But more people use 1.12 1.12 have 1M users using this mod and 1.14 max have 10k Think about doing it for 1.12 please

There was a lot of change from 1.12 and 1.13+, since I have not that much time available, doing 1.14 will be a better investment of my time. Silent said he might do an occasional update to 1.12 if he has time. However, I only work on 1.14.
