No tooltips in Silent Gear would go off the screen at any GUI scale.
Actual Behavior
For many of the materials this mod is compatible with, the tooltip one can see when hovering over them and holding CTRL goes off the screen at the top of the screen when GUI scale is set to 4. This prevents one from being able to read all of the information in the tooltip without needing to turn the GUI scale down, which makes all GUIs in the game harder to see for some people.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
Start game with Silent Gear and its dependency loaded.
Under video settings, set GUI scale to 4.
Hover over such items as diamond, emerald, iron ingot, amethyst shard, cobblestone, etc.
