[Vanilla -> SGear] Apoth support #628

What Should Be Added or Changed?

Apotheosis allows items to be "reforged", that is to say, add extra stats, such as Reach Distance, Max Hearts and so on. This can also be applied to SGear items, but the Vanilla-to-SGear recipe in the crafting grid voids them, so you'd have to bet on RNG again (if you made your changes before converting or found the tool in a loot chest).

Why Should This Be Done?

This seems intentional as the recipe voids unknown NBT, hence this being a feature request - add compat.

I came to see if this had already been suggested and I'm glad to see it was. Hopefully this gets added. It should be similar to keeping the enchants already on a vanilla weapon when converting.
