Converted vanilla items have the wrong number of materials #643

Versions

Expected Behavior

Items to be "made" with the appropriate number of materials. For example, a chestplate should have 8 and a pickaxe 3.

Actual Behavior

Converted items contain just one material per part. This has no noticeable effect on the item itself, but it affects salvaging.
