Wrong tags on tools

Expected Behavior

Tools do have the vanilla item tags. Use minecraft:tools/axes, minecraft:tools/hoes... Another solution were to add your Forge tags to the vanilla tags. But I don't know why this would be useful if everybody could just use vanilla tags.

You're using forge:axes, forge:hoes...
