The behavior while a Shiled breaks is glitched. #666

Optifine Installed: No

Expected Behavior

Shield does not break completely like other tools when the corresponding config is turned off.
When a Shield breaks completely the animation of a tool breaking is correct.

Actual Behavior

Shiled will be completely broken when its durability is out even though the corresponding config is turned off.
When a Shield breaks completely the animation of a tool breaking is glitched and shows a missing texture object breaking instead.
