No part swap for some tool / part combinations. #669

Versions

Silent Gear: 1.20.1-3.6.3
Silent's Gems: N/A
Silent Lib: 1.20.1-8.0.0
Forge: 47.2.20
Modpack: All the Mods 9 - 0.2.58
Optifine Installed: No

Expected Behavior

I should be able to swap all parts and upgrades for all tools.

Actual Behavior

I am unable to swap out;

The fishing rod "cord" part,
The arrow "tool rod" part, or
The elytra "binding" part.

As a side note, cord is listed twice in the Left Ctrl details of the bow, crossbow and slingshot blueprints.
