[1.19.2] Bonemeal only creates grass and silent gem's roses. #580

Silent's Gems: 1.19.2-4.4.2
Silent Gear: 1.19.2-3.2.6
Silent Lib: 1.19.2-7.0.3
Forge: 43.2.21
Modpack: Prominence 1 (heavily modified)
Optifine Installed: No

Expected Behavior

Flowers to spawn/grow as normal when using bonemeal on grass blocks.

Actual Behavior

Only the roses from Silent Gems (Ruby Glowrose mostly) and grass is spawned when using bonemeal on grass blocks.

Use bonemeal on grass blocks.

can confirm also happens in 1.20.1
