Expected Behavior

<-- When submerging yourself in oil, you will "Swim" in it. -->

Actual Behavior

<-- Oil doesn't show expected fluid behavior when interacting with the player. -->

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Find an oil pool in your default/large biome generated world
  2. Excavate blocks at the bottom of the pool if you feel the need to increase it's depth
  3. Attempt to "swim" in it

Suggestion: Give oil (source and flowing blocks) fluid behavior and inflict poison or wither status, when completely submerged.

Haven't checked recently, but last I did this is not yet fixable.
