I've been using genshin_merge_mods.py for now, but I've come across some errors or noticed some missing features that would optimize our time. So I fixed them and added those features, they are:

Added option to force a missing file (e.g. a mod doesn't need FischlDress.ib, but it would throw a missing file error), or if the mod actually needs the file, you can just skip the .ini 73aa224a8d0d5e34e2d2f53f3553f8d3dd04f34c
