d3dx.ini is missing #236

The d3dx.ini file is missing

And when i run it. It says this

I can't tell if this version i downloaded is v6 and below or v7 and above because i don't know how to

The file called d3dx is d3dx.ini, your PC has extensions turned off for known extensions (so extensions like .ini, .txt, etc. won't show up). And make sure you unzip the program before running it
