SRMI loader not working #262

I downloaded the SRMI loader a while back and tried to try it out but whenever I tried to run the loader it just kept saying " waiting for program". I ran as administrator and that did not work either is there something I'm missing?

It does not work well in win 10. If that is not your case make sure the target= is properly configured
