Essentially making this report to find at least something about this issue but.
When using the HSR Collect script with the correct ib hashes/components, it consistently gives the following error:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'cp932' codec can't decode byte 0x8b in position 20: illegal multibyte sequence
I have been attempting to find it out myself but it seems like it may be something in the script itself? I haven't run into anyone else with this issue when searching for it on the linked discord. Forcing or turning off sanity checks did nothing for making the script at least work, and this is after dumping the data with F8 (I even tried speedrunning doing a frame dump and then rushing to use the latest frame analysis after inputting the hashes lmao) But it appears to be consistent I guess, and I'm stumped.
