About 100 Actors: peons moving between some resource spots (mines, woods, crops fields) and villages, traders moving between villages, some animals wandering around. (#104) Human npc should use shared navigation paths (#103). There are 2 locomotor types: a small biped and medium-sized wheeled ones (#105). Simple grid-based actor-actor avoidance (#108)
Multilayer heightmap ready (some layer's mixing), but no overhangs yet. Some static dummy navigation obstacles on NavGrid (village huts, stones and trees) to make pathfinding a bit interesting (#106, #107, #111, #114 ).
Client:
Third-person control of any Actor (wasd + mouse look). Player should be able move around freely. Player can at any time switch between any of Actors. Dropped Actor just go to make some usual work. #109
- LOD visualization of entire land (several levels of Chunk grid mesh + Macro mesh for distant views). Just simplest tiled textures. Maybe its a too much for this milestone, consider move to next demo.
