Calculate statistic for macro nav node:

rougness (ratio of hard to pass blocks (steep slope or impassable) to total blocks count),
average speed.

Calculate statistic for macro nav edge:

distance,
local inclination (is edge has inclination local to edge direction)

Biped locomotors more tolerant to roughness and local inclination than wheeled ones.
