Am trying to connect via Bluetooth 1. A HobbyKing ota with a 2. Play store receiver

We would like to have more information about "HobbyKing ota" and "Play store receiver". What is "HobbyKing ota", maybe used with some device? Also what is "Play store receiver", an application or device? Some links or more detailed information requested from both issues, thank you!
