From little googling KERNELBASE.dll is a system file. Have you installed any Windows Updates or anything lately?

This SO post http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10327908/fault-module-kernelbase-dll-application-crash suggested running SFC to fix damaged system files.

Which version of Windows are you using? If possible provide detailed properties such as CPU, GPU, full OS version (including update packs), etc.

Note that for issues with Windows itself you could look for help on dedicated forums/websites (e.g. StackOverflow or SuperUser)

Do you have the crash report window showing up? If yes could you send the crash report?

Also, what GPU do you have?
