can it convert eat saber to osu for I want to use beatsage for osu and there are no good osu alternatives

No it can not. Code is written with such a feature in mind, but because I personally have no use case for it, will probably never happen. If you cant find something similar in the BS modding community, you might be able to find games on Steam which have Osu integration that maybe can help you converting. I play https://store.steampowered.com/app/422860/Holodance/ wich can play both Osu and Beat Saber maps natively.
