Enhancement: Set default directory to tint2s dir #17

$HOME/.config/tint2 is now the default directory for opening / saving
files. Will set a variable in tintwizard.conf to allow user to change this

User can now set default directory in tintwizard.conf

The program checks if this exists, if not then it checks if the tint2 dir 
exists, and
if not - it'll fall back to the directory where tintwizard was executed from.

This may need more thorough testing.
