[WIKI] Uploaded images throw 127 error #471

This issue was migrated from Pagure Issue #3050.Originally filed by dmoluguw on 2018-08-16

When uploading an image and trying to link it to a page, there is a Error creating thumbnail: /bin/bash: /usr/bin/convert: No such file or directory. Looks like the convert executable has been missing (probably due to shifting to openshift platform).
