RVC extension update

Changes:

• Models should be in there own folder that will be use as label in the UI
• Model list is gathered from request, it checks for presence of pth/index
• Voice conversion function now only care about model folder name not file name
  • Remove the need to rename index files or pth, user name the folder and show what they want
  • Only first pth/index file found are used, anything else is ignored
  • Provide feedback about the search for model in the console like below
  • index file is optional, pth is mandatory, folder will not appear in UI if not valid

Added a function to fix RVC model folder organisation that move files into their proper folder.

What it does:

• Use pth name for the new folder, move the pth in it then check for index file with the pth name in their name and move them. Index file that cannot be identify are nor move nor deleted, print a warning for user to take care about it manually.
