RVC research parameter --rvc-save-file and model upload from ST management #128

Addind the parameter will save a copy of the last rvc input/output audio file into data/tmp folder. Easy way to get the audio for sharing or further fine tuning on other tools to research good TTS/RVC combinations/parameters.

Added a request function to receive and install RVC model automatically from zip file (take care of subfolder) Added parameter --max-content-length=X to increase the allowed data request can hold if needed. Require 7z package added to rvc requirements.

Only tested loccally but should work on collab.
