Added option to select languages other than English in STT #188

Even if you input audio in a language other than English in Whisper, it will be forced into English. Please add options to support input in other languages.

Added. Update both Extras and STT plugin in ST. For best results, use ST from the staging branch. Also start Extras with this parameter to load a multi-language model: --stt-whisper-model-path=large
