soft buttons instead of cutout #5

The soft TPU case uses cutouts for the buttons. It's ok, it's usable, but it's not as easy to hit as extended buttons, and not as easy as the full cutout like the hard cast. Add some extended buttons. This will also benefit the hybrid case

Good enough! Geometry needs a bit of work to improve printing overhangs
