Refactor Gui Issues in Teammanagement and Usermanagement #95

Describe the bug The Teammanagement and Usermanagement Page have issues, that the tables are not aligned correctly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Usermanagement
  2. Click on edit user
  3. Edit username to big a big string
  4. See error

Expected behavior Dont show the whole username, add ... after a fix amount of chars
