Unable to extract contact using javascript client library in eclipse3.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.codes are implemented as given in the google guide, running the program 
returns error statement with http://localhost:8888/ on console pane.
2.not possible to relate retcontact.js and index.html file. 
3.less known on the project folder structure.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to display contacts list from gmail on web-browser

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse3.6 with google appengine plugin installed,sdk1.5,Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
Sir,i need to know if the attached codes are perfect and would be nice if you 
help me know more on the placement of files in the folder structure..should i 
make use of gdataAPI..thanks in advance:)may god help those who help others
