delete a group with Google Apps Provisioning API #408

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.DELETE https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/group/2.0/domain/groupId@domain
I used the command above,I could NOT delete a group friday last week.but I can 
do it this week.
this is a bug?? Google have altered the bug this week??
2.DELETE https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/group/2.0/domain/groupId@domain
I can use this command??
3.DELETE https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/group/2.0/domain/groupId
it is OK last week and this week.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
