We need to start integrating with Watson.

[x] Create an account with IBM Watson
[x] Find out how to ignore IBM bluemix if we can
[x] Create a simple Tone Analysis call (This should come first as it is cheaper)
[x] Create a simple Speech to text call

It appears that as Watson uses a REST API, we can use AWS to make calls to the API. However, we still need the IBM Bluemix account for billing and security keys.
