Should remember what page and item was selected so that it's less annoying to 
present many things.

Fixed in #880. Variables are:

_cr_current_item_set
_cr_current_page
_cr_current_selected_x
_cr_current_selected_y

Better would be to remember just which item was selected, so a different 
interface would still work.
