spd0 section with pause #162

This code adds a second pause that shouldn't be there in the spd0 section:

#print "ABOUT TO START TEST"
"These are tests regarding Testimony {p45}{next}"
print $_last_written_text
"{spd0}{$_last_written_text}{spd1}{n}and Cross Examination sequences.{n}What 
would you like to test?"
