sampled LabView 2.3.1 data on Travis #40

Currently, Travis loads zipped data from an online data storage platform to run tests on. This data should contain some examples of LabView 2.3.1 without being too large (otherwise downloads will take too long), so we could sample the newer data as we did with less recent data. This is possibly a sub-issue of #23 .

Added a small subsampled dataset in #61, but it would be good to expand it (e.g. with imaging data) and/or add more examples.
