Clearer YAML syntax #50

I've put in a missing space character between 'z-planes' and 'in', but also switched the string formatting to look more like the other docs - the backslash escaping isn't necessary here.

This YAML file is generated from generate_extended_schema.py, where this typo and a few others are already fixed. I seem to have forgotten to upload the updated schema - apologies.

I am not sure how we could avoid the backslash escaping 🤔

My bad. If it's auto-generated there's not a lot we can do!
