Sentry - Remove logging when soldiers die and fix re-spawn issue #41

When a soldier dies it broadcasts information. Have that removed now. Also soldiers who follow you are re-spawning after you log off then log in even if they are dead.

Possible solution for respawn issues. Have the citizens save command run after sentries die or spawn. This should fix issues on restart of server that the sentries appear again.
