On Initial Flag Bearer Spawn Vulnerabilities And fixes #55

The flag bearer doesnt get water breathing on the second round of potion effects. Also they seem to be able to take fall damage. Fix so they are more invulnerable and maybe add unstuck ability? (climbing)
