Mythic Mobs - Boss Spawn Rate Issue and Scout Skill #64

There seems to be an issue with the random spawn rate. There are a bunch of named %tSkeleton (fixname) and Zombie popping up and very few bosses. Probably due to me adding in Vanilla mobs as bosses might have to change their name. Look into getting the Scout to spawn more often and change its ability to spawn building to be time based after initiating combat rather then on death.

Started -- editing the Scout and fixed the skeleton name. (was in Cannons and Tech patch) But still have not finished the skill that will be in next patch.
