Cannons - Starting Castle Ballista Do not Work #79

Found out its because you need this permission set in NewGame.script.yml - ' @CMDCON mangaddp $<playername>.SMTeam ballista.player.build' Search Text and add the above line after

  # STARTING Techs
    # Small Ballista

This might be an issue though because people can then just bypass the first ballista tech so maybe we should give the first tech for free.
