Fix Economy -Ammo Prices, add stock on All NPC Shops #3

Ammo prices have been changed in Google Sheets, on next restart we need them replaced on all shops. Stock shops with that planets ore,ingots,components that they would need to create cargo runs to earth.

Done -- did not stock many components just ore,ingots mostly.
