Sky Shard integration #121

Ideas to add a some sort of shard display (based on @PlutoyDev's Sky Shard website) go here.

My initial thoughts are adding some sort of display to the clock that shows if there's currently a shard and display this with a link to the Sky Shards website.

Keep Plutoy up to date with ideas to see what they're okay with, since it's their code and website.

Heard that shard might be changing soon. It is mis-aligned in beta right now
