PWA #91

Support PWA. Suggested by imnaiyar in #90

@imnaiyar I've Enabled PWA on https://p-pwa.sky-planner.pages.dev/ It seems to work alright but let me know if you see anything strange.

These changes depends on #90 so I will not be able to release this until I'm comfortable with releasing the cloud storage.
