I don't know how to use any of the WEdit tool and I have no idea why... please help me...

Do you have troubles understanding any of the documentation regarding installing or setting up the mod? Please provide more information for us to help you.

You need to have the dash tech equipped to do anything, and /debug is recommended so you can see what you're doing.
