We settled to host the Development App on Heroku and mLab. See Image below: 20161206_124905 1

For Local Data Storage options when we go live and GRZ requires us to host data locally we can checkout these options: https://www.facebook.com/ZambiaNationalDataCentre/ , http://www.manic.co.zm/huawei-big-data-zambia/, and http://www.netone.co.zm/services/n-data/
