"Audio" CDs and OctoShock are not working correctly #345

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Vib Ribbon (EU) or Bust a Move 4 (US)
2. Crash after BIOS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The games to run.  It looks like the CD Audio is a problem?  Mednafen 0.9.36.5 
does work with my Bin/Cue files

fixed in r8565. Problem was reading the last 150 sectors from the data track of 
a disc with cd audio. Caused by CUE processing. Anyway, its sorted.
