Inconsistent error message for view command #1

Expected: When a user enters an index that is out of range (i.e. <=0 or > last item) for the view command, the "The project index provided is invalid" should be shown. Actual: When an index <=0 is entered, the app says "invalid command format entered". The format is technically correct since the index is provided, just that it is invalid.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Type in "view 0"
  2. This is shown:
